Are you feeling the mental overload?

Let’s be real: the amount placed on us when we become moms inevitably becomes “more”. We carry more weight physically and mentally when we are gifted with babies. We have more chores, more responsibility, more to remember (or forget), and more to constantly be doing. It isn’t a bad thing, but it can be too much if we let it.
So what are we going to do to stop surviving and actually thrive?
Here’s my tried and true lineup to a total mental makeover.
- Supplements (check out my posts)
- Food (check out my meal plans)
- Nervous system regulation (in all the ways)
- Therapy
- Movement (check out the physical glow up pages)
- Glow Up Planner
- Lots of Jesus
I’m going to be brutally honest. This lineup requires work and habit building and I’m still not perfect at it. Actually, I’m still adding in some of these habits as we speak. The point is that we recognize what needs to happen and are willing to put in the work to help us out.
I’ve made several posts for you that break down each of these components to my mommy mental makeover.
P.S. A mental makeover is a physical makeover, so if you are looking to transform your body physically, you are still in the right place.
You can learn more about signs you may need to start supplementing and which supplements to take to help you feel your best mentally and physically.
